| Are there any ongoing costs/charges for my website? |

The website templates are a one off cost however website hosting and domain name renewals are on-going charges. Hosting accounts are renewed every 12 months and domain names are either renewed every two years (.com.au) or every year for .com domains. |

| Where is my website hosted, and is it safe? |

i-design Websites are hosted on our own servers in a secure data centre located in the Docklands region of Melbourne Australia. |

| How do I change text on my website? |

All the i-design websites come with a CMS (content management system) which allows you to edit the content of your website from any web browser. |

| Can I change the colour scheme of my website? |

You can change the colour of your template at the time of development however if you want to change the colour once the website has gone live, then a small service fee of $220.00 will be charged to cover costs. |

| Will my website be optimised for search engines? |

All our websites are optimised for search engines and we will submit your website to all the major search engines on your behalf. |

| Can I upload images to my website |

Yes. You can either place an image on a page using your CMS or the i-design platinum package comes with an up datable image gallery with a secure login administration area where you can add, edit or delete images. |
